Do I need to pay for a subscription?

No, never. The iPhone and Android app and every feature are already included in the price of the ring.

How do I find my size?

Eclipse comes in sizes 8 to 13. Open the size guide on the product page and email us to confirm the measurements before you order. Bear in mind that the size of another ring doesn’t always match.

Where can I buy it?

On Amazon. You can go straight to the version you’ve chosen, or build your basket here on the site and finish it there. Amazon takes care of payment and delivery, and may ask you to sign in to your account.

How long does the battery last?

7 to 10 days on a single charge, depending on use. The charging case comes in the box.

Does it work without my phone?

Yes. The ring records and stores up to 10 days of data on its own. To see and sync it, you’ll need the app, connected over Bluetooth. There’s no built-in GPS.

Is it a medical device?

No. Eclipse gives you estimates and trends for wellbeing and fitness. Don’t use it to diagnose anything or to make decisions about your health.

Can I get it wet?

Eclipse is water-resistant to 3 ATM. The manual explains the limits and how to look after it. Before charging, dry the ring and its contacts thoroughly.
