The best spot is the index, middle or ring finger of the hand you use less. It should sit snugly without pinching, with the sensors facing your palm: that’s how it reads your data best.

  1. Pick your finger: index, middle or ring finger of the hand you use less. That’s where the sensors read best.
  2. Measure the diameter: with a ruler, measure the width of your finger in millimetres at its widest point, usually the knuckle.
  3. Measure the circumference: wrap a string snugly around the base of your finger, mark where it meets and measure the length in millimetres.
  4. Compare your measurements with the chart below. Between two sizes? Email us before you order, we’re happy to help.
