Data on this website

This website loads no advertising or analytics tools. Your chosen language, bag and essential preferences remain in your browser. The website does not collect biometric data or access Eclipse app data. Data collected by the app is covered by the privacy notice published in the app itself.

Hosting and support requests

The website is hosted by Hostinger, which processes on our behalf the technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) needed to deliver and protect the website. If you email us, we use the data you give us only to answer your request; please avoid sending health information we don’t need.

Purposes and legal bases

We process technical data to run and secure the website, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We process email data to answer your requests, including before or after a purchase (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do no marketing or profiling.

Retention and recipients

Technical connection data is kept by the hosting provider only as long as needed for security. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and meet any legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data: only our hosting and email providers access it, as processors. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Amazon and external links

Continuing to Amazon opens a separate service with its own policies. The bag link includes product codes and quantities. Amazon handles accounts, payment and shipping. Social links also open external services only when selected.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data and object to processing by writing to info@eclipsering.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the supervisory authority where you live or work.
